What You'll Bring:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Sales
  • High-volume cold-calling experience and/or experience engaging with executives such as Chief Security/Information Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Compliance Officers, VPs of Fraud, and VPs of Customer Care or Customer Experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, cadence tools, LinkedIn, and other sales tools
  • Confident communication skills, comfortable speaking with managers, executives, and peers
  • Proven success in goal-oriented environments
  • Ability to work independently, creating and executing improvement plans
  • Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills
  • This is a remote position, with occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at management's discretion.
Impact You'll Make:
  • Create monthly strategic outreach plans in collaboration with IEs to support new business acquisition goals
  • Research target accounts to identify key players and craft customized messaging for prospecting
  • Execute outreach plans by engaging with current and prospective customers through multiple channels
  • Leverage marketing assets to educate and nurture prospects, creating market demand
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop campaigns and provide feedback for maximum impact
  • Maintain and update Salesforce.com records reflecting research and activities
  • Use resources like GONG, Salesforce, LinkedIn, news alerts, Winmo, ZoomInfo to identify contacts strategically
  • Participate in SDR training sessions to develop demand generation skills and handle objections effectively

Pay Scale Information: The U.S. base salary range for this position is $45,200 - $70,000 annually. This role is eligible for base pay plus commissions, with targets typically 20%-50% of base salary, subject to variation. Compensation depends on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, responsibilities, and market conditions. Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on company plans.
