Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business and building long-term partnerships? We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to join our growing staffing and recruiting team. In this role, you’ll help companies across Southern California—from manufacturing to aerospace—find the skilled talent they need to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and engage potential clients via cold calls, email outreach, networking, and site visits
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that target key decision-makers (e.g., HR leaders, operations managers, hiring teams)
  • Build and manage a pipeline of B2B sales opportunities
  • Conduct client meetings to assess hiring needs and present customized staffing solutions
  • Negotiate and close client contracts
  • Serve as the face of our brand at industry events and client meetings
  • Collaborate with our internal recruiting team to ensure successful placements

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition experience (manufacturing industry is a plus)
  • Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, and in-person relationship-building
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to travel locally throughout San Diego, Orange, and/or Los Angeles counties
