Job Summary: Responsible for exceeding sales targets and creating sales opportunities from internal/external leads.This position will support the growth of the Enterprise Accounts Division via net new customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

·Vet and identify sales leads.

·Prospect for new clients and new referral sources utilizing internal/external company direction.

·Document all selling activities and data collection in CRM or designated company platform.

·Understand and articulate all Enterprise products and services.

·Works within the Enterprise Account team to ensure we deliver the best solution for the client.

·Analyze customer needs and interests and determine which offerings/products are best suited.

·Understand and effectively articulate Sandler’s value propositions to potential clients.

·Project a positive image in representing the Company to clients and our community.

·Professional interact with prospects in all interactions to accurately assess needs and generate sales interest.

Qualifications:

·1-3 years of inside sales experience in a Services environment preferred.

·Sales software experience; CRM preferred

·Excellent communication and written skills and ability to project a positive, upbeat, professional attitude withinternalclients and prospective clients both in person and on the telephone.

·Strong organization skills, quick responsiveness and ability to act with sense of purpose and urgency.

·Excellent presentation and delivery skills.

·Attention to detail and high degree of confidentiality required.

·Strong customer service skills and servant mentality.

·Ability to travel
