Salary: Up to $60,000 base | $100,000+ OTE

A leading global provider of branded payment, incentive, and loyalty solutions is seeking a motivated and results-drivenEnterprise Sales Development Representative to join their growing team. You'll be responsible for prospecting new global enterprise accounts, executing multi-touch outbound campaigns, and generating qualified meetings for the business development team.

As the SDR, you’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and have the opportunity to impact the full sales cycle. This is a high-impact, strategic role for someone who thrives in complex sales environments and is hungry to grow.

Key Responsibilities of the Enterprise Sales Development Representative:

  • Drive outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company’s solutions
  • Collaborate with BDMs to schedule meetings and ensure seamless lead transitions
  • Articulate the business value of the company’s offerings, address objections, and identify new sales opportunities
  • Use CRM and SalesLoft to maintain accurate records of activities and lead tracking
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance goals (KPIs) and share best practices with teammates

Key Requirements of the Enterprise Sales Development Representative:

  • 3+ years experience in outbound SDR/BDR roles targeting enterprise customers, preferably within the payments or fintech industry
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and multi-thread across decision makers
  • Able to interpret strategic sales processes and align product solutions with customer needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially when engaging senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong
