Job summary

DOCUmation is seeking a Business Development Representative in Texas to drive new business within an assigned territory. You will own the full sales lifecycle—from initial outreach through close—while building long-term customer relationships based on trust and results.

Work with IT, Software, and Print Specialists to identify opportunities, design solutions, and support outcomes aligned with customer goals. Strong prospecting and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales or outbound prospecting preferred.
• Ability to identify business needs and translate into solutions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new accounts through outbound outreach and referrals.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact to close.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast updates.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to design technology solutions.
• Build long-term relationships within territory.
• Meet or exceed sales goals as a team and individually.
• Research accounts to identify growth opportunities.
