Job summary

Trinity Logistics in Sartell, MN is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to build relationships with prospective customers, handle inside sales, and grow a book of business through outbound calls and lead follow-up.

You will progress to account management, service ongoing transportation needs, and earn a base salary with unlimited commission. Training provided; benefits include medical, dental, and vision, 401(k) match, generous PTO, and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Superior interpersonal and communication skills; problem solving and decision making.
• Experience in a customer facing role preferred but not required.
• Experience in logistics preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Initial inside sales, cold calling and pursuing leads for new customers.
• Develop and manage a book of business as you grow to account manager.
• Service customers' ongoing transportation needs and build lasting relationships.
