Job summary

CARE CONCERN GROUP LIMITED is seeking a seasoned Business Development and Referrals Executive to grow our specialist services. The role coordinates new enquiries from initial contact through assessment, fee proposal, contract coordination and admission, working with clinical, operational and finance colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, referrals, account management or commercial coordination.
• Ability to interpret pipeline data and produce clear management information.
• Experience within specialist health or social care, neurological rehabilitation, complex care, mental health or a related sector.

Responsibilities

• Enquiry and referral management: central point of contact for new enquiries from commissioners, integrated care boards, local authorities, case managers, solicitors, clinicians, families and other referral partners.
• Finance and contract coordination: prepare costings, ensure funding and approvals, manage contract renewal and care review dates.
• CRM, reporting and pipeline management: maintain enquiry data, produce regular referrals and admissions reports.
• Build relationships with commissioners, case managers, discharge teams, clinicians, solicitors and other referral partners.
• Undertake planned outbound activity to raise service awareness and support targeted campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing for referrals materials and service communications.
