Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services in Colorado is seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist focused on healthcare services to expand brand awareness and strengthen referral relationships for our private duty nursing and intermittent lines of business.

You will engage hospitals, physicians, rehabs, and other partners across the Denver Metro area, educate them on services, and coordinate with clinical teams to align staffing and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred, especially home health.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabs, group homes, and other healthcare partners.
• Educate referral sources on home health services including pediatric and adult private duty nursing and therapies.
• Coordinate with clinical team to determine staffing availability and referral appropriateness.
• Represent Amazing Care with professionalism, integrity, and warmth.
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives aligned with patient-centered care.
• Attend community events to increase brand awareness.
• Foster a sense of community for patients, employees, and referral sources.
