Job summary

Moore & Van Allen PLLC in Charlotte, NC seeks a Business Development Coordinator to support the BD Management team, attorneys, and client-facing professionals. The role focuses on pitches, proposals, and coordinating tickets and conferences.

You will work with the BD management team to advance practice and client initiatives, maintain firm content libraries, and handle event logistics while coordinating research with CI and attorneys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of marketing or similar experience within a professional services firm.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; CRM, proposals and experience management tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support practice, individual, and client-specific business development efforts with BD managers and attorneys.
• Assist with conference planning: attendee lists, meetings, and post-conference follow-up.
• Coordinate research with Competitive Intelligence on clients, prospects, practices, and industries with BDMs and attorneys.
• Maintain up-to-date representative experience for pitches, proposals, awards, bios, and external promotion.
• Manage library of approved firm content: practice overviews, attorney bios, and materials.
• Manage firm ticket inventory; distribute tickets to attorneys and clients for events.
