GOTAFE seeks a results-driven sales professional to sell test, inspection, and monitoring services to current and new clients in the Kalamazoo, MI area. You will develop relationships, identify leads, and tailor marketing strategies for target markets, while building a network of sources for new opportunities and pursuing territorial growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR one year of sales/customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell test & inspection and monitoring services to current and new clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and clients.
• Identify prospective customers and follow up on potential sales leads.
• Recommend marketing strategies designed for target markets.
• Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Focus on new business generation through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and territory development.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any post-sale issues.
