Job summary

Control Point Associates, Inc., part of the CPAM Global family, seeks a Business Development Manager to drive PrimaVerse’s US market growth. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and manage the BD process from outreach to close, coordinating with offshore delivery teams to craft solutions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship-builder skilled in pursuing new opportunities, developing pipelines, and securing long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or technical sales.
• Experience selling to Architecture, Engineering, Construction industries.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
• Preferred: CAD, BIM, Revit, or engineering services experience.
• Preferred: Existing US AEC market relationships.
• Preferred: NetSuite CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US AEC market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Manage the business development process from outreach through close.
• Coordinate with offshore delivery team to develop solutions.
• Support proposal development and coordinate pricing documentation.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM activity.
• Participate in industry conferences and networking events.
• Meet revenue and business development goals.
