Control Point Associates, Inc. seeks a Business Development Manager to drive PrimaVerse growth in the U.S. market, identifying opportunities and building long-term client relationships.

You will manage the business development process from initial outreach to close, coordinating with offshore delivery for solutions and supporting proposal development. The ideal candidate will build a strong pipeline, travel for client meetings, and participate in industry events to meet revenue goals and expand

Qualifications

• Business development or technical sales experience.
• Experience selling to Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related industries.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the US AEC market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct prospecting activities, networking, and client meetings.
• Coordinate with offshore delivery team to develop solutions.
• Support proposal development, pricing, and contract documentation with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM activity within NetSuite.
• Participate in industry conferences, networking events, and business development activities.
• Support account growth by identifying additional service opportunities with existing clients.
• Meet established revenue and business development goals.
