Control Point Associates, Inc. seeks a Business Development Manager to grow PrimaVerse in the U.S. market by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and guiding the business development process from outreach to close.

The ideal candidate is a motivated relationship-builder who generates new opportunities, develops a pipeline, coordinates with offshore delivery teams, and travels for client meetings and industry events to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Business development or technical sales experience.
• Experience selling to Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related industries.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the US AEC market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct prospecting activities, networking, and client meetings.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the offshore delivery team to develop solutions.
• Support proposal development and coordinate pricing and contract documentation with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and customer activity within the CRM(NetSuite)
• Participate in industry conferences, networking events, and business development activities.
• Support account growth by identifying additional service opportunities with existing clients.
• Meet established revenue and business development goals.
