Iberostar BDMs are on the frontlines of promoting and positioning IBEROSTAR as the leading hotel chain in the US market. The main mission of this strategic role is to be responsible for increasing revenue from the US market and helping the company reach its budgeted goals for our hotels worldwide. This key position must form strong relationships with tour operators’ sales departments, support co-op plans, enhance existing business opportunities, and develop new relationships with Travel Agencies/Associations and Consortias.
In this critical role, BDMs help promote and achieve sales targets for regional agency sales through preferred travel partners and direct agency sales through Iberostar’s agent direct platform. In addition to this, BDMs are responsible for increasing participation in the “Star Agents” travel agency loyalty program.
Location: Business Development Manager will be home based (WI, MN, MI, ND, SD, TN or KY).
