We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BD Executive to join a cutting-edge biopharma company specializing in real-world data solutions. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in accelerating drug discovery and development by bringing innovative data solutions to leading pharmaceutical companies.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive revenue growth by selling enterprise-level data solutions to top pharmaceutical companies.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts (e.g., Heads of Data, VPs of Data Science, etc.).
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quota targets.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our client's unique RWD offerings, including a cutting-edge Data as a Service (DaaS) platform.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., scientific, technical) to ensure client success.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven track record of success in selling RWD solutions to Big Pharma, especially Ely Lilly
  • Established relationships with key stakeholders within pharmaceutical companies, particularly those involved in data strategy and drug development.
  • Deep understanding of the drug development lifecycle and the role of RWD.
  • Experience selling complex, enterprise-level solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build consensus.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-directed.
  • Experience with a 6-month sales cycle.
