Job summary

Addison Group in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Business Development Manager (BDM) to prospect new clients for the division, partner with Recruiters, and drive outside sales activities including client visits and networking events. The BDM will craft marketing plans to break into new clients and grow existing ones.

Key responsibilities include cold calling, scheduling client meetings, and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell to potential business deals by contacting potential clients.
• Schedule and attend client meetings to generate new business and expand current business.

• Negotiate fees and close deals in accordance with company goals and expectations.
• Represent Addison in a professional and positive manner in all interactions, including networking events and other activities outside of normal business hours.
