Yole Inc. (YNA) is responsible for the marketing and business development of Yole Group’s market intelligence products focused on the semiconductor industry, including market forecasts, technological developments, supply chains, and the strategy of key players in the semiconductor, photonic and electronic sectors. YNA’s business is based on daily interactions with a network of major players in these industries, built over two decades of mutual trust.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND MISSIONS:
To support our rapidly growing business in North America we are looking for a Business development Manager dedicated to researching and developing new opportunities with both existing and greenfield customers. Working closely with Regional Sales Directors, you will drive the development of sales across our product portfolio (Reports, Monitors, and Tracks) by defining and executing a strategic market development plan to create opportunities with customers both existing and new.
In this position, you will need to work purposefully across multiple verticals and feel comfortable talking with decision makers at every level at the client account. Your ability to effectively communicate our unique value proposition and aggressively develop a network of contacts and clients will enable you to be fully successful in this position.
Location: this position is ideally based on the West Coast (ideally Phoenix, but Denver/San Diego/Seattle is also possible) and is fully remote.
Regular business trips to customers on the West Coast are expected (e.g., San Francisco, Phoenix, San Diego, etc.).

COMPENSATION
The base salary range for this role is $95,000 to $115,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position includes variable commission, estimated at approximately 33% of base salary. Variable compensation is performance-based and includes uncapped commission opportunities.
