Securitas is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth in security services within an assigned area. You will pursue new clients, manage leads, and collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns that maximize sales.

The role emphasizes strong communication, market analysis, and the ability to develop strategic proposals while building lasting client relationships across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of business-to-business selling experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Additional relevant experience can be substituted on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients via telephone solicitation, cold calling, and other strategies.
• Maintain current list of all prospects in electronic database as specified by company.
• Develop pricing and business development strategies with regional/Area management guidance.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to focus on leads and campaigns to maximize sales.
• Participate in trade associations and trade shows and assist in promotional efforts.
• Analyze local market to identify opportunities and prospective buyers.
