Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive security services sales in the assigned region. You will prospect for new clients, build relationships, develop proposals, and collaborate with marketing to maximize revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of B2B selling experience, plus strong communication and results orientation. Travel may be required; we offer growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of B2B selling experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients via phone calls and cold outreach.
• Maintain and update prospects in electronic database.
• Develop pricing and development strategies with regional leadership.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to target leads and campaigns.
• Attend trade associations and trade shows to promote services.
• Analyze local market to identify opportunities and buyers.
• Track referrals and leads; monitor contract calendars and reports.
• Plan client visits with operations leadership.
• Present sales proposals to prospective customers.
• Solicit orders and manage service schedules to meet goals.
• Meet with new clients to assess satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Prepare proposals and responses to RFQs/RFPs with pricing approvals.
