About the Role: We are seeking a proven Business Development Manager specializing in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and strategic search solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who thrives in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client partnerships, and showcasing innovative talent acquisition services.
What You’ll Do:
- Targeted Outreach: Create compelling email campaigns to prospective clients, highlighting our tailored recruitment services and the exceptional talent we represent.
- Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research on target companies and key decision-makers to generate qualified leads and opportunities for our sales team.
- New Client Relationship Building: Engage in client interactions, participate in calls and meetings to foster relationships, clearly understand client requirements, and position solutions effectively.
- Sales Strategy & Support: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies, contributing directly to deal closures and client success.
- Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and relationship management.
- Solutions Expertise: Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of cutting-edge recruitment technologies, including AI-driven tools, to address client talent acquisition challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of successful business development experience in selling RPO and strategic search services.
- Proven ability to identify client needs and position comprehensive talent acquisition solutions.
- Expertise in leveraging and selling innovative AI-based recruitment solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with an ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
