Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR in Warren, OH seeks a Restoration Business Development Manager who will be the face of the company, building relationships with insurance agents, property managers, adjusters, and business owners to generate leads and grow our brand in the Warren market.

You’ll visit referral sources, attend events, host presentations, and track your progress using CRM tools, supported by a team of restoration professionals in a fast-paced field role.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator who thrives on making connections.
• Familiar with sales in the Western Cleveland area.
• Background in sales, marketing, or customer service; restoration/insurance experience a plus.

What You'll Do:

As a Business Development Manager you'll be the face of ServiceMaster CDR - connecting with insurance agents, property managers, adjusters, and business owners to generate leads and grow our brand presence in the Warren, Ohio market. You'll build genuine relationships, attend local events, host coffee chats or lunch-and-learns, and help make sure that when disaster hits, people know exactly who to call: YOU and ServiceMaster CDR.
