ServiceMaster CDR is seeking a Restoration Business Development Manager in Ohio to be the field-facing driver of growth. You’ll engage insurance agents, property managers, and business owners, building relationships and generating leads across the Westside Cleveland market.

Join a proactive team and host events, coffee chats, and presentations to showcase our restoration services, while coordinating with sales and service colleagues to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Familiar with sales in the Western Cleveland area.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

What You’ll Do:

As a Business Development Manager you’ll be the face of ServiceMaster CDR—connecting with insurance agents, property managers, adjusters, and business owners to generate leads and grow our brand presence in the Westside Cleveland market. You’ll build genuine relationships, attend local events, host coffee chats or lunch-and-learns, and help make sure that when disaster hits, people know exactly who to call: YOU and ServiceMaster CDR.
