Southwest Funding LP is seeking a Business Development Manager | Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for direct hires and to expand candidate outreach using AI, job fairs, and social media. You will cultivate relationships with top talent and maintain a proactive pipeline for future opportunities.

The role requires experience in recruiting within mortgage/real estate/financial services and strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a high school diploma as a minimum.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting or as a sales manager, branch manager, or mortgage loan officer in mortgage/real estate/financial services.
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or related roles.
• Knowledge of HR policies, hiring best practices, EEO and affirmative action guidelines.
• Exceptional interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM/ATS, MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools.

Business Development Manager | Recruiter

We are currently looking for individuals for the position of Business Development Manager.

ideal applicant will have excellent relationship-building skills and, preferably, experience as a mortgage recruiter with a successful track record of consistently placing top talent. We are looking for the right person that aligns with our core values with the right attitude.

What You Will Do:

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow up) for the direct hire of qualified candidates

Expand outreach methods to job seekers, such as the leverage of AI, open houses, job fairs, job boards, social media, and high-volume cold calling

Manage a strong pipeline of solid relationships with top talent, and maintain contact with passive candidates and prospects that may be a match in the future

What You Need:

Familiarity with CRM / applicant tracking systems, MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools

3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or as a sales manager, branch manager, or mortgage loan officer in the mortgage industry, real estate, or financial services industries

High school diploma required - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired

Recent knowledge of human resource policies, hiring best practices, EEO and affirmative action policies and guidelines

Exceptional interpersonal skills, time management, and communication skills
