Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Recruiter to partner with leadership in attracting talented mortgage professionals and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role focuses on building proactive talent networks, identifying top candidates before roles exist, and delivering a high-touch candidate experience across the recruiting lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in sales or mortgage sectors.
• Experience or familiarity with mortgage origination is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with mortgage professionals through networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
• Identify and recruit Mortgage Loan Originators and other sales talent.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective candidates.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and industry relationships.
• Represent PRMI at recruiting events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Partner with leaders to understand hiring priorities and growth initiatives.
• Manage candidates through the recruiting lifecycle with timely communication.
• Provide market intelligence on recruiting trends and talent availability.

Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Recruiter to partner with leadership in attracting exceptional mortgage talent and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

This is not a traditional recruiting role. What You'll Do

• Develop relationships with mortgage professionals through networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
• Identify and recruit experienced Mortgage Loan Originators and other sales talent.

• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring priorities and growth initiatives.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Create an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
• Utilize recruiting technology and CRM systems to maintain accurate candidate information.
• Provide market intelligence regarding recruiting trends, competitor activity, and talent availability.
• Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance through onboarding.
