Responsibilities
- Business Development for all three business lines: BESS, Trackers/Fixed, and Modules in Eastern Europe
- Market Research: Research the latest trends in the industry and create new opportunities to expand the business
- Collaboration: Work with Sales and Product Marketing teams to meet requirements such as sales targets and profit goals
- Identify new opportunities in emerging markets
- Prequalify leads for the Sales Team
- Provide monthly market analysis updates and overviews
- Conduct competitor and SWOT analyses
- Assist in creating business strategies and regional plans
- Ensure effective reporting of activities, opportunities, competitor benchmarking, and market trends to the Sales Head regularly
- Represent the company at local and national exhibitions, conferences, and events, promoting and selling all Trina Solar products (Modules, Trackers/Fixed Tilt, and BESS)
- Market location may vary based on market and company needs
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within an international company, preferably in renewable energy or solar industry
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Good understanding of company products/services, market knowledge, negotiation skills, rapport building, time management, and planning abilities
- Target-driven, adaptable, passionate about sales and solar/BESS, with a dynamic approach
- Willing to travel regularly
- BESS experience and knowledge are advantageous
- This is a home-based role within Poland
- Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English and Polish; additional European languages are a plus
