FriendlySky is a leading provider of event ticketing technology and packaged experience solutions . We empower sports teams, artists, venues, and event organizers to sell tickets, VIP experiences, suites, and travel packages—all under their own brand—through our white-label event ticketing platform .

We support the full sales lifecycle of live events, from standard tickets to premium fan experiences, including hospitality, merchandise, parking, hotels , and more. Our technology helps partners maximize revenue and elevate their customer experience.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Business Development Manager to join our remote team. This is a high-impact role focused on generating new revenue and expanding our client base in the event ticketing, sports, and live entertainment industries .

You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with decision-makers (teams, promoters, agencies, and venues), and closing deals that bring our innovative platform to more organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new client acquisition within the ticketing, sports, and live events sectors
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to close
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (VPs, GMs, promoters, tour managers)
  • Present tailored demos and proposals that highlight FriendlySky’s value proposition
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and operations to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Track market trends and competitor activity in the ticketing and live entertainment space
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in event ticketing, live entertainment, sports tech, or related industries
  • Existing network or relationships in the ticketing, event production, sports marketing, or venue management industries strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of closing new business and hitting sales goals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and contract negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
  • Passion for live events, fan experiences, and industry innovation
