About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales Professional with experience in digital marketing, content services, or legal tech to help us expand our footprint in the legal industry. You’ll manage both inbound leads and self-sourced opportunities , attend legal conferences across the country, and close high-value deals.

Location: Remote (Must reside in TX, CA, GA, FL, MS, NY, NC, or SC )

Travel: Frequent travel to legal conferences is expected

What You'll Do
  • Identify, contact, and qualify new business leads
  • Conduct cold outreach and schedule discovery calls
  • Manage the full sales cycle from pitch to close
  • Present Mightier’s content marketing and lead-generation offerings to decision-makers
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-up and expert positioning
Who You Are
  • Proven closer with 3+ years of B2B sales experience , ideally in digital marketing, media, or legal tech
  • Skilled at relationship-building and consultative sales
  • Confident explaining SEO and lead-generation value propositions to non-technical clients
  • Experienced in event-based and travel-heavy sales roles
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Self-motivated , results-driven, and independent
Compensation

Base Salary : $70,000 – $80,000/year (based on experience)

Commission : Uncapped — the more you close, the more you earn

On-Target Earnings (OTE) : Six figures is well within reach with the right experience and effort

Schedule

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • 3+ years of professional sales experience
  • U.S. residency in one of the following states: TX, CA, GA, FL, MS, NY, NC, or SC
