American Dining Creations is seeking a Business Development Manager in Cleveland, OH to drive new revenue in micro markets, vending, coffee, pantry, and water solutions. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, while coordinating with Operations and Culinary teams for seamless implementation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in B2B hunter sales, CRM experience (Salesforce), and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B hunter sales experience in refreshment/related services.
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposals/RFPs, negotiation and close.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce or equivalent) and Microsoft 365 tools are required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a territory plan to identify ICPs in corporate/institutional markets.
• Prospect and build a robust pipeline through outbound efforts and events.
• Conduct consultative discovery to design tailored refreshment solutions with ROI.
• Lead proposals and RFP responses, including pricing, presentations, and competitive positioning.
• Negotiate contracts for profitable, scalable agreements and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Maintain CRM discipline with forecasting, activity tracking, and pipeline coverage (3× quota).
• Collaborate with Operations, Culinary, and Category teams to ensure client success.
• Stay current on product offerings, market trends, and competitors’ activity.
