Bath Concepts Industries, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Midwest to expand dealer networks across the region. You will recruit, train, and support dealers, managing relationships and driving growth from a home office with full travel support.

This role requires 3–5 years of in-home sales experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work independently. Relocation not required; Midwest residency is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in-home sales with home improvement products.
• Must reside in Midwest territory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Fully manage Midwest dealers and help their dealerships prosper.
• Organize and conduct training with authorized dealers.
• Overnight travel required with all travel paid.

Business Development Manager for the Midwest

Bath Concepts Industries, LLC. With more than 25 years of double-digit growth, Bath Concepts Industries, LLC is looking to expand to the Midwest territory. We are the largest 1-day bath manufacturer in the U.S. You’re responsible for managing, developing, and recruiting new dealers in the Midwest territory. Responsibilities include learning our sales and business development methodology (full training will be provided), and fully manage individual dealers and help their local dealerships prosper.

Qualifications

• At least three to five years of in-home sales experience with home improvement building products (i.e. windows, siding, roofing, doors, etc.)
• Must live in the proposed territory/Midwest
• B to B manufacturing experience is a plus
• Maintain a valid and clean driving record
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently from a home office
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Driver's License (Required)
