Job summary

Softgile ищет менеджера по продажам IT-услуг/BDM с фокусом на ИИ и сложные сделки. Вы будете вести полный цикл продаж, исследовать бизнес-модели клиентов и готовить обоснованные ROI-предложения для решения на уровне CTO/CIO и руководителей бизнес‑единиц.

У кандидата должен быть опыт продаж ИТ-услуг, знание SPIN и ABS, владение CRM и навыками презентаций. Роль предполагает работу на международном рынке и развитие продаж в регионе СНГ и за его пределами.

Qualifications

• 3+ года продаж ИТ-услуг, преимущественно в корпоративном сегменте или консалтинге.
• Понимание ИТ-основ и концепций ИИ, умение объяснять бизнес-ценность технологий.
• Владение SPIN и Account-Based Selling (ABS).
• Уверенное владение CRM-системами.
• Умение создавать качественные презентации.
• Сильные коммуникативные и переговорные навыки.

Responsibilities

• Вести полный цикл продаж услуг и консультаций по ИИ от поиска лидов до подписания контракта.
• Исследовать бизнес-модели клиентов, процессы и боли.
• Разрабатывать индивидуальные ценностные предложения и бизнес-кейсы, включая обоснование ROI, для руководителей уровня CTO/CIO и heads.
• Готовить и проводить презентации и демонстрации для аудиторий C-level.
• Применять методологии SPIN и ABS в крупных учетных записях.
• Развивать продажи в международных рынках и в регионе Азербайджан, СНГ и за их пределами.
• Управлять сделками и прогнозами в CRM, поддерживая точность прогнозов.
• Сотрудничать с технической командой для подготовки предложений и пилотных проектов.

Softgile is looking for an IT Sales Manager / Business Development Manager with AI. Complex deals, C-level communication and selling through business value.

Задачи

• Manage the full sales cycle for AI services and consulting, from lead sourcing and qualification through contract signing
• Research clients’ business models, processes, and pain points
• Develop tailored value propositions and business cases, including ROI justification, for decision-makers such as CTOs, CIOs, and heads of business units
• Prepare and deliver presentations and demos for C-level audiences
• Apply SPIN and Account-Based Selling methodologies with key accounts
• Grow sales across Azerbaijan, CIS, and international markets
• Manage deals and the pipeline in CRM, maintaining accurate forecasts
• Work with the technical team to prepare proposals and pilot projects

Требования

• 3+ Years of IT services sales experience, preferably in enterprise, consulting, or complex solutions
• Understanding of IT fundamentals and AI concepts, with the ability to explain the business value of technology
• Proficiency in SPIN selling and Account-Based Selling (ABS)
• Confident use of CRM systems
• Ability to create high-quality presentations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Higher education in computer science, information systems, or IT management is desirable but not required
