Aufgaben

• Ведет проекты от kick-off до go-live и пост-production.
• Управляет процессами доставки: требования, риски, бюджеты.
• Контролирует качество продукта и устанавливает нормы.
• Обеспечивает UAT, деплой и релизы.
• Составляет WBS и планы распределения ресурсов.

The company delivers projects for Fortune Global 500 clients in E-Commerce, Healthcare, and Life Sciences, applying emerging trends in Data, Cloud, and GenAI.

Задачи:

• Lead projects from kick-off through go-live and post-production, aligning stakeholders and defining success criteria
• Manage delivery processes, including requirements, risks, and budgets
• Oversee product quality, set benchmarks, and engage the team in meeting them
• Facilitate UAT and production deployments, and manage releases
• Prepare WBS and resource plans
• Serve as the primary stakeholder contact, communicating project status, risks, and progress
• Interface with clients daily, hold demos, train engineers, and manage expectations
• Foster a collaborative, positive work environment, and mentor and coach team members
• Establish governance models, manage virtual teams, and resolve people management issues
• Implement organizational best practices on projects
• Create project management and communication plans, escalation procedures, change and risk management processes, and Agile ceremonies

Требования:

• 7+ Years of experience in team/project leadership
• Expertise in delivering enterprise solutions, with at least five successful commercial projects
• Knowledge of the full product development cycle, from pre-sales to post-production support
• Confidence leading a team of 50+ members, including people management
• Experience setting up Dev, QA, and BA processes on projects
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, SAFe, and Kanban
• Experience using GenAI for team productivity evaluation and decision-making
• Production experience in Digital, Data, or Cloud projects
• Emotional intelligence and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Cultural awareness and openness to diversity
• Proven hands-on experience applying AI in delivery, including building AI agents and implementing an AI-enabled SDLC on past projects
• Knowledge of AI SDLC and Spec-Driven Development (SDD) approaches, and ability to champion them so teams meet their commitments
• Experience using enterprise AI tools to speed up coding, testing, and design work
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in real delivery contexts, focusing on delivered features and business value rather than technical execution alone
• Willingness to keep experimenting with new AI tools and approaches, adapt quickly to change, and unlearn old patterns
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2+)
