E Tech Group is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to fuel growth across markets. You will spearhead new business acquisitions, forge strategic client relationships, and craft expansion plans to expand market presence, leveraging deep insights into engineering solutions.

You will collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals, manage a 40-60% travel schedule, and position E Tech Group as a main automation partner while maintaining a strong network in Life Sciences,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience in engineering solutions, automation, or controls.
• Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends and customer challenges.
• CRM and sales tools proficiency including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cultivate opportunities with prospective clients and expand existing portfolio.
• Master solution selling by listening to client challenges and positioning as trusted advisor.
• Position E Tech Group as main automation partner across accounts and locations.
• Craft and close value-driven technical proposals; pursue and secure project orders.
• Manage pipeline with accurate bookings forecasts using CRM tools.
• Develop alliances with vendors and subcontractors to meet market demands.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on BD initiatives and market trends.
