Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager at Minenpium, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and building strong relationships with clients and partners. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives and will be fluent in French and English, another European Language is also welcomed to enabling effective communication with our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mining and energy sectors.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.

* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business strategies.

* Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

* Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the mining or energy sectors.

* Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) is required.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
