We make fitness businesses happy and successful by providing a next-generation software platform dedicated to making it easy for fitness professionals to manage their entire fitness business in one place.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all existing partnerships, ensuring ongoing engagement, support, and performance.
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities with marketing agencies, fitness business influencers, and technology/service providers in the fitness industry.
  • Create win-win partner programs, co-marketing campaigns, and referral arrangements that generate leads and revenue.
  • Develop onboarding materials, partner documentation, and training resources.
  • Maintain accurate partner CRM records, dashboards, and performance reports.
  • Work with partners on joint marketing efforts such as webinars, podcasts, social promotions, blog collaborations, and case studies.
  • Help coordinate content and social proof initiatives that showcase our most successful partnerships and customers.

Conference & Event Representation

  • Represent Exercise.com at industry conferences and networking events such as IHRSA and others.
  • Build new relationships and deepen existing ones through in-person interactions and follow-up.
  • Strategize and execute partner engagement activities at events (e.g., partner dinners, co-branded presentations, booth collaborations, etc.).
  • Develop outreach strategies and personalized communication for prospects
  • Provide guidance and equip SDRs to achieve their metrics
  • Distribute inbound interest from marketing efforts

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related role—preferably within SaaS, fitness, or health technology.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships that generate measurable business results.
  • Management experience of leading a team
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across various stakeholder types (agencies, influencers, executives, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of the fitness industry landscape, including industry events, thought leaders, and common pain points for fitness business owners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously with a high degree of professionalism and follow-through.
  • Comfort and confidence in both virtual and in-person meetings, including representing Exercise.com at events and conferences.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience working with CRMs, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and project management tools like Asana or Trello is a plus.

Candidate Profile

  • You are outgoing and enjoy building long-term relationships based on trust and value.
  • You are a natural connector and always looking for ways to help others succeed.
  • You are reliable and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • You understand the importance of clear communication and take initiative without waiting for direction.
  • You enjoy working independently while also collaborating cross-functionally.
  • You're energized by being part of a mission-driven team helping fitness businesses thrive.
  • You enjoy attending conferences, connecting with new people, and spotting emerging trends.
  • You bring creativity and strategy to partnership development, not just execution.

Reporting
