Job summary

Elevated, part of APi Group, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth across Elevated and International Fire Protection. The role is hybrid and based in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

You will generate new business, expand relationships, and lead cross-selling opportunities across elevator service and fire/life safety inspection markets, building long-term partnerships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop new customers across elevator service and fire/life safety inspection markets
• Conduct proactive outreach including cold calling, networking, and industry engagement
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities aligned with growth targets
• Lead customer meetings, presentations, and "lunch & learns"
• Negotiate and secure multi-year service and inspection agreements
