Job summary

On Point Staffing Group seeks a Business Development Senior Manager for the fire protection industry. The role focuses on selling and advising on consulting, design, testing, and maintenance services while leveraging knowledge of codes to expand opportunities.

You will lead national go-to-market strategies, manage a portfolio of opportunities, and build relationships with developers, REITs, architects, and owners. PE certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement national go-to-market strategies for fire consulting services.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of new business opportunities, driving closures.
• Establish and maintain relationships with developers, REITs, architects, and property owners.
• Shape proposals, pricing, scopes, and delivery strategies to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with technical leaders and partner design/install firms.
• Contribute to service mix development and geographic expansion strategies.
