You will grow relationships with OEMs, package builders, and contractors, focusing on pumps, HVAC, and fluid-handling systems, and deliver automation solutions nationwide. The role requires 5+ years in industrial automation or related sales, deep knowledge of drives and controls, and the ability to coordinate with product managers and field teams.

Business Development Manager - HVAC Pumps
About the role:
WEG Electric Corp. is hiring a Business Development Manager, OEM Automation – HVAC & Pumps. This person is responsible for growing business with OEMs, package builders, and contractors supporting pump, HVAC, and fluid-handling applications. This role focuses on delivering automation solutions that improve system performance, energy efficiency, and operational reliability for customers nationwide. Responsibilities include developing relationships with OEMs involved in pumps, pump skids, and packaged systems, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units (AHUs), ventilation systems, and data center cooling applications (CRAC, CRAH, CDU). Candidates should possess industry knowledge, established customer relationships, and an understanding of pump, HVAC, and fluid-handling applications.
Candidates should reside in or near Philadelphia, PA, or another major airport supporting the region.
