Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in construction, infrastructure, project controls, claims consulting, dispute resolution, change management, or related advisory services.
• Proven success in business development, account growth, and client relationship management.
• Established industry network within infrastructure, transportation, engineering, consulting, legal, or construction sectors.
• Strong understanding of claims, project controls, schedule analysis, dispute resolution, and capital project delivery.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

Arcadis is seeking a Business Development Manager - Claims to lead the growth of our Claims, Disputes, and Change Management practice across the Western United States. What We're Looking For

• 12+ years of experience in construction, infrastructure, project controls, claims consulting, dispute resolution, change management, or related advisory services
• Proven success in business development, account growth, and client relationship management
• Established industry network within infrastructure, transportation, engineering, consulting, legal, or construction sectors
• Strong understanding of claims, project controls, schedule analysis, dispute resolution, and capital project delivery
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills

Preferred Experience

• Heavy civil, transportation, water, buildings, or major infrastructure projects
• Certifications such as CCM, PMP, PSP, CFCC, MRICS, or similar
• Experience supporting large and complex capital programs
• CA PE license preferred but is not required.

We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $220,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
