Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Business Development Manager – Claims to lead growth of our Claims, Disputes, and Change Management practice across the Western United States. You will leverage your network and strategic BD expertise to identify opportunities and build client relationships in transportation, infrastructure, water, energy and buildings markets.

The role requires 12+ years in related advisory services, strong client leadership, and an established industry network.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in construction, infrastructure, claims consulting, or related advisory services.
• Proven success in business development, account growth and client relationship management.
• Established industry network within infrastructure, transportation, engineering, consulting, legal, or construction sectors.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development initiatives and market expansion strategies.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with owners, contractors, attorneys, program managers, and project executives.
• Identify and pursue opportunities within major capital programs and complex infrastructure projects.
• Lead strategic pursuits, proposals, presentations, and client engagement activities.
• Partner with subject matter experts to deliver innovative claims, dispute resolution, and change management solutions.
• Contribute directly to revenue growth and long-term client success.
