Arcadis, the world leader in sustainable design, is seeking a Building Advisory Specialist to join our due diligence team. You will perform building condition assessments across various properties, produce detailed reports, and support client relationships.

Travel to site, deliver projects on time and within budget, and contribute to business development while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Sciences, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience (PCA, FCA, due diligence, or related building assessments).
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and client management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Building Advisory Specialist to join our growing team to work on due diligence projects. In this role, you will utilize technology to execute building condition assessments (Property Condition Assessments, Facility Condition Assessments, and similar scopes), support our clients with actionable insights, and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is USD$76,000 - $115,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
