Business Development Managers (BDMs) are responsible for leading sales initiatives to meet bookings quotas for Siemens' Smart Infrastructure Automation Solutions in the Metro NJ/NYC area. This includes pipeline development, account planning, strategizing to grow business, and penetrating new customer accounts to increase market share, in collaboration with other Siemens BDMs and sales teams across channels. Strategic involvement in proposals and sales processes is essential.
This position is based out of Morristown, NJ, with frequent travel to Northern NJ and NYC. Ideal candidates should reside in New York, Manhattan, Westchester, Queens, or Long Island.
