Job summary

CFS is hiring a Business Development Manager in Uniontown, Ohio to grow our staffing and executive search solutions across Akron, Canton, and south Cleveland. This client-facing role focuses on developing new relationships and expanding existing partnerships.

You’ll meet with hiring managers, craft opportunities for the recruiting team, and deliver exceptional service throughout the hiring process. The position offers base salary with uncapped commissions and a strong ESOP culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional work experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage with professionals at all levels.
• Experience using social media, email, phone, and in-person meetings to build business.
