Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business leaders and become a trusted partner.
• Develop new client accounts through networking, referrals, outreach, and prospecting.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial conversations through ongoing account management.
• Conduct client meetings by phone, video, and in person.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring challenges and provide staffing solutions.
• Strengthen existing relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Grow your book of business while helping companies and professionals achieve their goals.
