Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz (China) Technology Co., Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional in the Milcom and Aerospace markets in the United States.

You will map the R&S solutions portfolio to complex system requirements and lead technical discovery to articulate how integrated Rohde & Schwarz solutions address measurement bottlenecks. You'll coordinate a diverse team of Account Managers and Application Engineers, drive price-to-win strategies, and develop plans to expand market share

Responsibilities

• Identify and create new business opportunities by mapping the R&S solutions portfolio to complex A&D system requirements.
• Lead the technical discovery process to deeply understand the customer’s measurement bottlenecks. Effectively communicate how integrated R&S solutions solve systemic measurement problems.
• Effectively demonstrate and communicate how all Rohde & Schwarz products can best solve the customer’s measurement problem.
• Work closely with the other members of the business development team; sharing information and developing a complete understanding of Milcom and Aerospace markets, transforming market data into actionable solution strategies that anticipate future defense requirements.
• Grow R&S market share - develop and manage sales funnel/forecast as part of the sales process.
• Orchestrate the development of complex, multi-faceted proposals. Lead the "Price-to-Win" strategy by balancing technical superiority with commercial competitiveness to secure large‑scale program wins.
• Develop a business plan that outlines how Rohde & Schwarz products can address business trends in this market segment.
• Coordinate a diverse and decentralized team of Account Managers and Application Engineers in an effort to identify and leverage from industry interdependencies and win key opportunities
• Single point of contact for Account Managers, Product Marketing, Marketing, and Product Planning.
