Overview

Our client, a creative agency based in the East Midlands, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Are you a tenacious Business Development Manager or Outbound Sales Representative? Are you passionate about Sales? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading creative agency.

Responsibilities

• Find and convert prospective new clients into paying customers.
• Identify new opportunities over the phone and arrange and attend meetings.
• Work predominantly in the office, with two to four client meetings and presentations per week.
• Make 50+ calls per day to prospective clients from a provided database.
• Initially be office-based (approximately 100%) for the first two months while appointments are agreed.
