Job summary

With a team of 200+ talented professionals spanning our offices in Prague, Warsaw, and Kyiv, we are building a results-driven, data-first culture that fuels innovation and accelerates growth across our global operations.

Right now, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Lead Generation Department to to grow high-impact partnerships in the Insurance, Home Improvement, and Loans space. You’ll own the full sales cycle, close top partners, and scale revenue fast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full outbound sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — across Insurance, Home Improvement, and Loans verticals, with a target of bringing in top-tier partners and scaling to $500K/month revenue within six months;
  • Handle inbound inquiries: qualify leads, research companies, manage CRM records, corporate chat, and support sales-related issues;
  • Conduct product demos, respond to client questions, and actively convert prospects using email, phone, and social media;
  • Manage and grow relationships with onboarded partners, aiming for long-term cooperation with 20+ active accounts and $1.5M/month revenue within a year;
  • Ensure campaign coverage over weekends and work toward achieving an average payout of $60+ per lead, with vertical-specific rates (e.g., $55+ Gutter, $70+ Windows, $80+ Bathroom);
  • Analyze buyer, publisher, and campaign performance using Power BI and internal tools.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, leadgen;
  • Experience in sales or account management with KPIs, numbers, analysis of big amount of information;
  • a systematic approach to solving problems;
  • Independent and proactive approach in work;
  • Basic technical skills in web analytics and experience with CRM systems;
  • Experience with B2B;
  • Research experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level);
