It enables financial institutions and payments companies to offer instant, frictionless, cross-border payments without significant resource investment and reduces costs by cutting out intermediaries. It is built to make the world's money work better for all with smart, scalable infrastructure powered to deliver traceable, real-time payments like a local, worldwide.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will drive business development and revenue growth for Dandelion Payments in North America, leveraging your extensive experience selling enterprise solutions to banks, payments companies, money transfer operators, and fintech companies.

  • You will source and identify prospective clients through the following activities and tools, including internet research, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, networking, Industry publications, and Industry events (e.g., Money 2020, SIBOS, AFP, NACHA).
  • Conduct initial consultative conversations with prospects to understand their existing cross-border payments business, identify their cross-border payment needs, and assess their suitability for inclusion in the sales pipeline.
  • Articulate and explain Dandelion's unique value proposition through FABs (features, advantages and benefits) to decision-makers at prospective companies.
  • You will be expected to develop your own direct sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets (contracts signed, annual contract value: revenue, and gross margin).
  • Monthly and quarterly sales and business performance reporting.
  • Maintain updated CRM and sales pipeline.
  • Stay informed about market trends in the rapidly evolving cross-border payments sector.

Qualifications

  • You have over 7 years of experience in complex enterprise business development, spanning banking, fintech, and cross-border payments.
  • Results-driven mindset delivering new, high-potential partnerships.
  • You strategically analyze customer needs to deliver the proper solutions and can identify the need for change, pivoting to customize, design, and drive solutions in your sales strategy and approach when necessary.
  • A strong track record of consistently achieving/exceeding sales targets, generating new deals, growing a pipeline, and delivering on revenue and gross profit goals.
  • Communicate and influence effectively with proven experience, successfully collaborating cross-functionally to execute deals.
  • You operate with high ethics and integrity, consistently committed to the organization's vision, values, and goals.
  • A bachelor's Degree or an MBA is preferred.
  • Located in a major city in the US. You'll need to travel.
