Everyturn Mental Health is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead bids, proposals and new opportunities, collaborating with clinical, operational and corporate teams to drive growth and impact.

If you are based in the North East, working hybrid is an option.
As our Senior Business Development Manager, you'll lead the development of compelling bids, proposals and new business opportunities that support Everyturn's continued growth and impact. Working collaboratively with colleagues across clinical, operational and corporate services, you'll identify, develop and secure opportunities that align with our strategic objectives and help us reach more people who need mental health support. You'll take ownership of the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity identification and strategic planning through to submission and review, ensuring high-quality, competitive responses that showcase Everyturn's expertise and values. The role also plays a key part in market intelligence, stakeholder engagement, partnership development and strengthening our overall business development approach.
