Bullfinch is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to drive relationships with online casino, sportsbook and crypto-native operators. You will own the end-to-end BD cycle—from prospecting to closing and to go-live—while coordinating with payments, compliance, and risk teams.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with online casino, sportsbook and crypto-native operators
• Own the full business development cycle, from prospecting to closing
• Manage deals from first contact through signed agreement and go-live
• Coordinate with operator payments, compliance and risk teams
• Represent the business at key industry events and conferences
• Share market and competitor insights with the founders
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates

Requirements

• At least three years selling to or working within online casino or sportsbook operators
• Crypto and/or payments experience, ideally PSP, gateway or crypto provider
• Established network of operator decision-makers
• Proven track record of personally closing deals
• Proactive, hunter-style approach
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of stablecoins and on-chain payments
• Relationships with crypto-native casinos and sportsbooks
• Experience in high-risk merchant acquiring
• Networks across Latin America, Asia, Africa, CIS and Europe
• Additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Russian or Turkish
• Experience in an early-stage business
