About the Role:

We’re seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and accelerate our growth. You will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and crafting strategic initiatives to expand our market presence. This role blends sales, strategy, and relationship management, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, outreach, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise partners
  • Own the sales pipeline: from lead generation to deal closure
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies
  • Develop strategic partnerships that drive platform adoption and revenue growth
  • Analyze performance metrics and market trends to optimize business development strategies
  • Represent WhiteLabelDIY at industry events, webinars, and networking functions
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing—preferably in SaaS, fin-tech, or digital agency sectors
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and white-label ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Monday, Highlevel) and data-driven decision-making skills
